Looking for an experienced machine shop foreman that can work in a job shop environment.
Responsibilities :
- Organize on-going jobs and plan the manufacturing process with general manager.
- Interpret the drawings and use CAD files as needed such as mastercam or solidworks.
- Manage the job traveler.
- Expedite jobs as needed : understand machinist’s capabilities and shop’s capacity.
- Work with quality inspector to maintain quality management system per AS9100
- Work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
