We are currently hiring a Customer Engagement Manager for our Flagship store, Favor The Kind in Dallas.

The Customer Engagement Manager is the head stylist in the store and works on the sales floor to drive an incredible customer experience with expert styling and selling. In this role, you will be responsible for building and fostering customer relationships and the sales floor as well as through our clienteling programs.

The Customer Engagement Manager is a full-time salaried role and reports to the Store Director.

Responsibilities :

  • Work on the sales floor 90% of the time styling customers and building relationships.
  • Manage the store’s outreach program and seek clienteling opportunities.
  • Manage communication with the buying department in partnership with the Sales Manager.
  • Manage and create merchandising opportunities for apparel and accessories.
  • Manage the store’s Give Party program.
  • Act as Manager on Duty twice a week.
  • Participate in social media content.
