Responsibilities

Client Communication : Reach out to current clients to provide updates, policy information, and run regular policy reviews.

Document Management : Process and organize insurance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Mail Management : Organize and distribute incoming mail and communications in a timely manner.

Sales & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients, driving sales growth.

Payment Processing : Accurately process client payments, ensuring timely completion of transactions.

Billing Resolutions : Assist clients in resolving complex billing issues with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support : Assist the Account Manager with various tasks, including client file maintenance and policy updates.

Requirement

Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first approach.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Experience with insurance billing, processing payments, and handling complex issues is a plus.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to cross-sell and build client relationships.

Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, etc.).

Must obtain a P&C insurance license or already have it to start.
