Role Overview :
The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems and technology solutions are aligned with business objectives. This position reports directly to the CFO and involves high-level decision-making to support and improve business operations, security, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities :
- IT Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans; including the global expansion of the retail channel.
- Technology Infrastructure : Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and databases. Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of the business.
- Digital Transformation : Support initiatives for digital innovation and improvements across the business, including the implementation of new tools, technologies, and business systems.
- Vendor & Partner Management : Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality service and solutions.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection : Ensure the highest standards of security and data privacy are maintained. Implement and manage protocols to protect sensitive company and client information.
- Budget & Cost Management : Work closely with the CFO to manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective technology investments.
- System Integration & Optimization : Ensure seamless integration between various IT systems, from ERP solutions to customer-facing platforms, enhancing business operations and customer experience.
- Executive Support : Provide executive-level IT support for key stakeholders, including leadership and high-level business operations. Ensure technology is enabling the best possible user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration & Cross-Department Engagement : Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support the company's overall business strategy.
Key Requirements :
Proven experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or senior IT professional, ideally in a fast-paced or luxury brand environment.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and business applications.Experience with cloud technologies, ERP systems, data security, and disaster recovery solutions.Ability to lead IT initiatives with a focus on enhancing business performance and enabling growth.Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day IT operations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with C-suite executives and other departments.Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in a cost-effective manner.Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and Shopify Ecosystems a plus.Direct experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining omni-channel platforms.Additional information :
