Construction Attorney

Smith Currie Oles LLP’s San Francisco Bay Area office seeks a talented full-time, senior level associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience.

Candidates should have experience with construction contracts and disputes. Civil litigation experience is required. Candidate’s experience should include drafting of pleadings / motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing document discovery. Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for and attending mediations, trials, and arbitrations is a plus.

The successful candidate will possess the ambition to excel within a motivating law firm environment and enjoy working with energetic attorneys. Admission to the California Bar is required.
