We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager .

This is an onsite position is seated at our DSI site in Poestenkill NY.

This position is responsible to oversee all aspects of Gleeble Equipment manufacturing. The role involves managing production planning material resource scheduling work order generation and documentation control. The position includes responsibility for subcontractor management procurement and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on plant safety.

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual s unique set of knowledge skills education experience and geographic location as well as internal equity.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Engineering Management or equivalent field

515 years of manufacturing experience

Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components

Proven expertise in production planning enterprise systems and material requirements planning

Strong background in inventory management and process flow optimization

Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining quality systems

Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives

Excellence in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution

Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture
