Workplace Type :
This is a fully remote role, but it requires attendance at quarterly onsite meetings.
The candidate will need to attend these meetings in person, which will involve commuting to Dallas approximately four times per year. While the role is open to candidates from any state, they must be able to meet these requirements.
There is a strong preference for candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or its surroundings.

Overview :
The Senior Office of Sponsor Research Specialist provides high-level support for research projects by offering guidance on grant and contract services to investigators and staff. This role aids investigators in preparing and submitting proposals, as well as negotiating contracts. Additionally, it supports senior leadership in developing initiatives and goals to enhance the institution's pre-award administration program and assists in resolving complex and non-routine issues.
