Real Estate Counsel, Sr. Manager - $150K plus bonus

Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ

Our client is a publicly traded, national real estate organization adding to their corporate legal team. They are seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2+ years experience. This a hybrid work environment (3 days in office), that offers excellent work / life balance and opportunity for advancement.

Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the company’s senior VP’s and experienced paralegals. This role will work extensively with in-house leasing, property management, construction, and development departments. Duties will include preparing, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, amendments, brokerage agreements, purchasing and sale agreements.

Key qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate

JD from an ABA accredited law school

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple projects
