A company is looking for a Lead Faculty in Psychology.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coach faculty while ensuring adherence to academic policies and performance standardsTeach courses and support student learning outcomes in alignment with programmatic goalsParticipate in faculty evaluations, onboarding, and development processes to enhance instructional qualityRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Applied Psychology required; terminal degree preferred3 to 5 years of experience working with adult and non-traditional learners in higher education5 years of collegiate teaching experience, with online and blended teaching preferred1 to 3 years of experience managing or coordinating teams, including hiring and development responsibilitiesExperience in higher education and student success initiatives is a plus
