Description

Vernon Woods Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Client Service Representative ( CSR ) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional service and support in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction : Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a positive atmosphere in the clinic.
  • Appointment Management : Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries about our veterinary services and procedures.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate client records and ensure seamless data entry into our management system.
  • Billing Assistance : Assist clients with billing and payment processing, clearly explaining services and fees related to their pets' care.
  • Health Guidance : Provide information about pet health, vaccination schedules, and preventative care to clients.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow within the hospital.
  • Client Concerns : Address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Reception Area Maintenance : Keep the reception area organized and welcoming, ensuring a tidy and inviting space for clients and their pets.
