We are looking for an Office Administration Team Member to join our team of talented and passionate people in our Nashville office. This is a long-term support role, and preferred candidates are conscientious, dedicated, detail oriented and able to operate with a high level of flexibility, able to accurately handle administrative duties, display good judgment and maintain a professional appearance and behavior, have a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize daily agenda, enjoy working in and excel in a fast-paced environment and play well with others. Our starting pay for this position is $24.04 / hour.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Perform office administration duties such as mail, scanning and filing to document software
  • Greet and provide hospitality to clients / guests
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries
  • Errands / Special projects
  • Print and scan checks and vouchers for Extension and quarterly Estimated tax payments; create certified mailing labels and distribute to business management teams
  • Assist with printing, assembling, and mailing tax returns

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management in a small office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Outlook, and Adobe PDF
  • Excellent time management skills and proactive approach to daily work
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
