Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Analyst to streamline and enhance our Program Management systems and reporting tools. This role involves close collaboration with IT, HR, and Operations departments to develop and optimize systematic capabilities, establish and define key performance indicators, and facilitate user training and next-generation system enhancements. The successful candidate will lead efforts in analytics, workforce planning, and the integration of tools like Jira, SuccessFactors, and Tableau to simplify and enhance decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the SME for Jira workflows, managing boards and developing Tableau dashboards for KPI reporting.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Jira and SuccessFactors for workforce capacity, utilization, and productivity tracking.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling for effective workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Assist in cycle planning and scenario analysis to support Program Management Leadership with data-driven planning.
• Lead process documentation and optimization, including training for Jira and SuccessFactors users, to ensure efficiency and process improvements.
