THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Systems and Shared Services, the People Analytics Manager is a key resource dedicated to developing and deploying global talent analytics to enable transparent data driven decisions. This role will enable the business to make informed decisions, optimize HR processes and enhance the overall associate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

This People Analytics Manager will be responsible for partnering with HR leadership to identify what critical talent questions need to answered by leveraging data to provide answers and insights via key metrics, visual charts, reporting analytics, insightful data, dashboards and charts. Will partner will HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to design, develop and deploy effective and consistent, enterprise-wide talent analytics to enable informed, data driven decisions that optimize their talent management strategies.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stand up and refine HR dashboards and scorecards that enable the HR function to track and report out on business critical measures, identifying patterns, trends and correlations that provide valuable insights across HR processes and outcomes.
  • Provide HR business partners with access to data inclusive of establishing self-service, ad-hoc, and push / pull reporting capabilities.
  • Design and implement a roadmap that starts with the building and / or refining descriptive and diagnostic analytics while planning and driving toward future predictive analytics.
  • Aggregate and analyze data across multiple, disparate data sources.
  • Visualize and present data in a clear, concise, holistic and actionable format.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all things data related across all areas of HR (i.e., talent acquisition, culture, performance management, high potential pipelines, DEI, turnover, learning and development).
  • Analyze, design, and develop advanced, Composite and Matrix reports using Workday Reporting functionality including Calculated fields, Report Writer, and Scheduling.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong combination of analytical, technical, and leadership skills, as well as deep understanding of HR processes. Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with BI platforms / visualization tools.
  • Human Capital Management System (HCMS) experience required in Workday. Deep domain Workday functionality and capabilities with data reporting and manipulation.
  • 5+ years of experience focused on developing and delivering dashboards, data visualizations and reporting to customers through advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered reports and building and maintaining custom reports.
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices, storytelling through data, and visual design of data.
  • Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practices.
  • Ability to extract, assemble, and arrange data in a compelling way that enables others to intuitively draw out insights and meaningful conclusions, leading to actionable results.
  • Passionate, customer centric approach to problem-solving and analytical consulting; ability to influence, ability to diagnose, demonstrated listening skills and ability to develop solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
  • Expected Salary : $104,000 - $163,000

    Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
