Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency, Inc. is searching for an experienced, mature, and sharp leader to serve as a senior member of our management team as the Operations Manager who is able to utilize their management experience, business and industry-backed knowledge to advance Ambassador's business performance, growth, and boost company revenue. The right candidate must be able to identify key problems and develop solutions and models that solve issues for owners, clients, and employees.
The Operations Manager candidate must be able to develop and execute strategic growth, business, and marketing plans to create long-term value for Ambassador.
The Operations Manager candidate must be able to understand and adapt to Ambassador's paramilitary and para-policing ideology as a paramilitary and para-policing structured, 8(a), private contract security and U.S. Government contracting company.
The Operations Manager candidate must be able to partner with other management personnel to strategize and utilize best business practices for successful client account acquisition and retention.
The Operations Manager candidate must be able to understand company's ideology of providing a quality product and quality assurance while delivering competitive private protective services and security solutions on a global scale.

Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency's ideal candidate for Operations Manager will possess specialized skills in contract identification and development opportunities, responding to Sources Sought inquiries, government agency contracting opportunities, and RFP development and responses, reading and understand scope of work (SOW), accurately compute, and respond to outlined pricing requirements without leaving money on the table.
Must be able to remain calm in fast-paced and stressful situations. Demonstrate attention to detail and diligence. Must be able to work well independently or in collaboration with other team members. Must have strong project management skills. Must be able to communicate well with upper-level management and subordinates alike, and must have excellent written and verbal skills.
