What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
- Lead and oversee in-house Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation phases
- Provide technical guidance and problem resolution
- Coordinate material purchasing requirements, develop requisitions, oversee vendor progress
- Execute customer invoices and follow-up on overdue invoices
- Follow company procedures with regards to process & procedures
- Maintain Project Management Tools and Best Practices
- Prepare and present management reviews of assigned projects
Your Education Should Be…
Bachelor's degree from a four-year universityPMI or PMP certification is desirableIn lieu of bachelor's degree, candidate must have 4 years of relevant work experienceYour Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Minimum 3 years applicable project management experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience managing medium to high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and business functionsExperience developing and managing project financials (forecasting, cost accruals, reconciliation)Experience managing vendor relations and expectationsExperience in leadership and team buildingManagement level communication skillsExperience working with Industry Standard Codes (ASME, B31, ASTM, AWS, OSHA) and / or international equivalents, a plusExcellent computer skills including MS Office, MS Project, QuickBase, experience with JD Edwards a plusChart is an equal opportunity employer...
