A company is looking for a Specialist I, Instructional Design.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to design and develop learning opportunitiesDetermine suitable instructional design methods and construct supportive materials for performance improvementDesign and execute online course assembly within the Learning Management SystemQualifications and Education RequirementsA Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and four years of experienceMinimum of two years of experience developing courses in LMS and authoring toolsExperience designing assessments within distance learning experiencesUnderstanding of various learning design modelsExperience in Nursing / Allied Health / Health Sciences Education preferred
