Summary : Crazy Shirts mission is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. Customer Care Lead is responsible for supporting the DTC Contact Center Manager, Supervisors and Representatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to :

  • Perform the essential job functions of the Customer Care Representative.
  • Motivate CCRs in maintaining customer service and sales standards through coaching, positive reinforcement, on-going feedback, monitoring and recognition.
  • Develop sales associates in maintaining customer service and sales standards through coaching, positive reinforcement, on-going feedback, and recognition.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational duties, which support the efficient and profitable operation of the Contact Center.
  • Perform open and closing procedures of the Contact Center as outlined in the Daily Shift Change report.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Previous supervisory and Call Center experience preferred
  • Computer usage skills, including keyboarding, data entry, and menu driven software.

Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet basics helpful.

Pass the background screening process

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.

Sitting for long periods of time.

Reading invoices and shipping charts / spreadsheets.

Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels.

Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
