Proficient in preparing immigration forms, petitions, and applications. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases. Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of corporate immigration law cases, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1 visa petitions, PERM labor certifications, and adjustment of status applications.
- Prepare and file immigration forms, petitions, and applications accurately and timely.
- Maintain organized case files and update internal databases with case progress and client information.
