Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a HR Project Manager to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute significant projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Function as project leader and liaison between users and stakeholders to facilitate the creation and maintenance of project plans, dependencies, timeliness, prioritization, risks, tracking budget versus actual, and all delivery capabilities across the project life-cycle
- Define scope, goals, stakeholders, and deliverables on assigned projects; provide direction and oversight to the project team. Manage execution against plan
- Effectively communicate activities and project status including milestones and dependencies to management and co-workers through core team and steering committee meetings as well as informal meetings in a timely manner
- Act as HR liaison and consultant for external function and departmental stakeholders and / or projects to identify potential effects on workflow
- Develop policies, procedures, workflow, and training materials which include course content, visual presentations, and training aids and collaborate with Corporate Training and other departments as necessary
- Train (with SME input) on HR initiatives
- Measure and track the performance and effectiveness of training and other identified programs through testing and operational results
- Perform quality assurance reviews and post-project follow ups to determine effectiveness of product / process implementation and areas for improvement
- Manage project and other expenses and assess return on investment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
