Decision Scientist

A company is looking for a Decision Scientist to support programmatic efforts in operational efficiency and customer experience through advanced data analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop data models to predict member outcomes and key member decisionsConduct exploratory data analysis and build data sets to support organizational goalsEvaluate and design experiments to monitor key metrics and identify improvement opportunitiesRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of quantitative analysis experienceExperience in data science capabilities including data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical modelingProficiency with database technologies such as Oracle, SAP, and MS SQL ServerExperience with structured and unstructured data analysisFamiliarity with tools like SAS and R for validating health management program outcomes
