Role Summary :

We are actively looking for caring Personal Care Assistants to become part of our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Joining Comprehensive Home Health Solutions means playing a vital role in fostering independence and enhancing the overall wellness of individuals in the familiar setting of their own homes.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
  • Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)

    • Responsibilities :

  • Support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare healthy meals and help with feeding
  • Maintain a tidy and safe living environment by performing light household chores
  • Offer companionship and emotional comfort through activities
  • Provide individualized care according to clients' unique care plans
  • Assist in improving physical health through mobility support, transfers, and exercises
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as necessary
  • Record care activities and promptly communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor
  • Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for each client
