Director of Catering Qualifications & Requirements :

Experience selling or managing catered events in a hotel setting

Ability to field inbound leads and manage the entire sales process

Experience working closely with banquet and kitchen staff to ensure all needs are met for each order and event.

Menu and BEO creation experience

Experience using tools such as Knowland, and CI / TY.
