Senior Accountant

Compensation : $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant :

As a Senior Accountant , you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting continuous growth. Key responsibilities include :

Preparing and posting journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cash transactions.

Assisting with budget variance analysis.

Reviewing and analyzing general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial information.

Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets.

Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Preparing monthly pay applications and billings.

Identifying and driving process improvements.

Providing support for internal and external audits.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

3+ years of public accounting OR 6+ years of GL accounting experience.

CPA designation preferred.

Job costing or construction accounting experience is a plus.
