Job Description : Licensed Social Worker

Riverview Care Center Columbus Ohio

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those they serve.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups
  • Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in social work required
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
