We are honored to be one of only two organizations in Arizona given this great opportunity to build a dedicated program that provides assertive outreach, case management, therapy, psychological testing, psychiatric care, and medication management to children and adults who have been the victims of crime.

OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
The Trauma Recovery Center serves recent victims of violent crime, including survivors of physical assault, sexual assault, gunshot wounds, stabbings, domestic violence and human trafficking. The Trauma Recovery Center Program Manager is responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to the Trauma Recovery Center interdisciplinary team, supervision of member services, crisis, and clinical management as assigned by direct supervisor, and coordinates access to care, transfer, triage, caseload management, timely documentation, productivity, and direct service functions. They also supervise clinical and administrative / office staff as assigned, participate in staff performance, evaluation activities, coordinates / facilitates training, and clinical supervision as assigned. They also works as a member of the interdisciplinary team and performs direct services as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the Trauma Recovery Center. Responsible for sharing rotation of on-call, as needed.
