We seek an Administrative Assistant who exemplifies professionalism, outstanding customer service, and exceptional organizational skills.

  • Experience : Previous experience in legal, executive, or managerial roles preferred but not mandatory.
  • Language Proficiency : Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Is customer-service oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Brings a friendly, engaging, and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting (preferred but not required).
  • Is detail-oriented, self-aware, and driven to assist those affected by negligence.

  • Requirements

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Interaction : Warmly welcome clients and manage professional interactions.
  • Phone Management : Efficiently answer, transfer, and manage calls with courtesy.
  • Mail and Document Handling : Sort, scan, and organize mail and important documents.
  • Administrative Support : Oversee scheduling, manage calendar events, draft correspondence, and support the legal intake team.
  • Assist Lawyers : Provide thorough administrative backing, including file organization and deadline management.
  • Professional Appearance : Maintain a professional image and tidy office spaces.
  • Technology Proficiency : Effective use of tools like Outlook and Word for communication and scheduling.
  • Active Listening : Address client concerns with empathy, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
  • Additional Duties :

  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Manage packing and mailing of client gifts.
  • Support various team needs as they arise.
