CVPs, IABP and Impella-core staff will take if no exp; Alines, Swans, EV-1000, ICP monitoring- all can train real time.Zoll-Thermoguard for hypothermia protocol, Bell Mont rapid transfuseYes RNs are required to titrate drips.Common titratable and / or set rate drips : Vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, antiarrhythmicsThere is a Charge Nurse on each shift who does not take an assignment.There are nurse aids / patient care techs on this unit - Ratios? Duties : 1 : 18RT Equipment : Nasal cannula to vents.
