This role involves supporting attorneys in administering complex estates and trusts, including preparing court documents, accountings, and distribution plans. Responsibilities include analyzing tax information, identifying issues, and preparing tax planning models and projections. The position requires preparing various tax returns (fiduciary, estate, gift, GST, individual, and related entities), responding to tax notices, and assisting with audits. Additionally, the role involves direct client engagement and may include other duties as needed.
