Mechanical Engineer - HVAC

Selectek is partnering with a firm near  Montgomery, Alabama  to hire a highly qualified  Mechanical Engineer  on a direct hire basis. Candidates will be focused on  designing HVAC and ventilation systems for a company that specializes in municipal projects. Our client is moving quickly to interview candidates with their desired skills and characteristics!

Expected Pay Range : $100,000-$130,000 annual salary

Location : Montgomery, Alabama

Schedule : Monday-Friday, normal workday hours

Job Duties :

• Develop and design HVAC system solutions for large K-12 and municipal projects
• Mentor younger engineers
• Prepare and develop project narratives, cost estimates, plans, and specifications
• Oversee and perform project work in all phases
• Provide drawing coordination and technical oversight for project activities
• Perform site observations, review shop drawings / material submittals, and other related administrative tasks
