Job descriptionProduction and analytical characterization of AAV vector using mammalian cell culture Development, optimization, and troubleshooting of AAV production processes Maintenance of organized and detailed electronic records, submitted promptly Reporting data to team members through written reports and direct collaboration BS / MS degree in Biochemistry, Biology or a related field with 1-3 years of industry experience Proficiency in adherent or suspension mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques Experience with basic molecular and analytical techniques such as PCR based assays, plasmid preparation and gel electrophoresis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to change and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience with mammalian cell culture production of viral vectors / recombinant proteins Previous experience with bench scale bioreactors with mammalian platforms
