Position Overview :

As a Litigation Legal assistant, you will support our litigation attorneys through various stages of case management. This role is your gateway to professional growth in a nurturing yet challenging environment, offering ample opportunities to refine your skills and advance within the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in drafting correspondence, scheduling, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files.
• Support client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring they are well-informed.
• Coordinate discovery responses and manage case-related deadlines.

Qualifications :

2-4 years of litigation assistant experience in personal injury law firm is a MUST.

Proficient in MS Office and case management software.

Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Spanish Bilingual skillset a plus.
