Vivo HealthStaff is looking for licensed LVNs for a clinic in San Francisco. New graduates and applicants with other language skills (Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Urdu) are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Processes, communicates and implements all medication orders.
- Administers and distributes all medications as prescribed by medical staff.
- Provides nursing care and treatments for participants at the Day Health Center.
- Maintain clinic supplies.
- Participates actively in the interdisciplinary team by offering clinical expertise in team planning, problem solving, and processes.
- Teaches, supervises, and counsels the participant, geriatric aides, and family members regarding nursing care needs and other related problems of the participant.
- Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of an accredited LVN program.Possess a current California LVN license.Interest, demonstrated ability and one-year experience working with the elderly or frail population required.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.BENEFITS :
