Digital Content Specialist Job at Groundworks New Mexico in Rio Rancho

Help grow the online presence of OA, Inc. by producing online content to a) attract new members and b) support OA’s membership of about 50,000 people worldwide who are working a twelve-step program of physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery from compulsive overeating, anorexia, bulimia, and other compulsive food behaviors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility :

• Follow procedures and exercise creative skills to produce, edit, design, post, and file assigned content such as news, events, documents, testimonials, social media posts, and multimedia created by OA members and office staff.
• Help maintain social media channels.
• Collaborate with volunteers.
• Develop technical and creative skills.
• Assist with events as needed.

Other Information / Requirements :

B.A. in a field related to editing or design plus 1 year relevant paid experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with proofreading, editing, layout, social media tools, content calendar, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365. Desired : Adobe CC, SEO and hashtags, WordPress, A.I., familiarity with twelve-step programs.
