Head Fitness Coach Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Leadership : Partner with the Studio Manager and Owners to ensure the overall success and growth of the studio.
• Build and Develop a Team : Hire, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals, fostering a positive and energetic coaching environment.
• Lead the In-Studio Experience : Ensure consistent execution of engaging, energetic, and results-driven member experiences, delivering a minimum of 15 classes per week.
• Handle Administrative Duties : Perform administrative tasks for up to 15 hours per week to support studio operations.
• Stay Actively Involved : Take part in at least one class per week to support, guide, and lead by example for your team of coaches.
• Create Member Connections : Build meaningful relationships with members, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Master Exercise & Equipment Usage : Demonstrate proficiency with all exercises and equipment used in the studio, ensuring coaches and members are trained and confident in its application and understand alternative options.
• Performance Oversight : Analyze results, oversee team performance, and guide coaches in helping members set and achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
