Non-Profit Controller

A company is looking for a Non-Profit Financial Controller to manage its financial operations.Key Responsibilities : Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administrationManage external bookkeeping / accounting firm to ensure accurate and timely financial statementsEnsure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and manage the annual audit processRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in non-profit accounting, specifically with 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizationsIn-depth knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and non-profit financial management principlesProven experience leading financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsAdvanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
