Unique PE organization in the Real Estate space seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with strong RE experience (ideally multi-family and / or industrial)
Responsibilities :
- Manage all accounting and FP&A functions, including financial reporting and budgeting
- Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls and policies
- Lead annual financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Oversee cash management, compliance, and financial modeling
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Salary Range & Benefits Overview : $160-$180k + bonus + healthcare, 401k and LTI
