Job Title

Director, Account Management

What does a great Director, Account Management do?

In this role, you will lead an engagement model that elevates and differentiates client experience for our largest, most strategic clients across all areas of Fiserv. You will lead a team of ten or more Account Managers to successfully deliver and oversee service and operational performance for their clients.

What you will be doing :

You will lead your team to deliver a strategic, differentiated enterprise service model that builds our brand, the client brand and drives revenue growth.

Proactively strengthen client relationships and resolve client escalations.

Mentor, direct and coach you team to build stronger, broader, and deeper relationships across their client organizations as well as internally across Fiserv.

Actively assess and develop plans to address / optimize areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in terms of how we support our clients.

Supervise and monitor key benchmarks.

What you will need to have :

Proven successful management experience, particularly in a fast-moving, complex environment.

Ten plus years’ experience in a Client Services, Account Management or Implementation management role.

Ten plus years’ of Financial Services experience.

Proven experience in effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Required to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to travel 25%.

What would be great to have :

Experience supporting the Signature, Premier and / or DNA product line.

Project Management experience / certification

Senior Banking experience preferred.

Previous role(s) in Account Management, Operations or Client Relationship Management helpful

Bachelor's degree
