What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid corporate events
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop a full production plan, including messaging, visuals, and experiential components
• Oversee all event elements, including general sessions, breakouts, branding, keynote scripting, video production, and post-event deliverables
• Guide presenters and speakers to ensure they are comfortable and prepared
• Manage internal teams and external vendors to create a cohesive and seamless experience
• Handle production budgets, run-of-show creation, crew scheduling, and logistics
• Work alongside fabrication, technical, and creative teams to align scenic, technical, and creative elements within timelines and budgets
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and challenges, ensuring smooth execution at every stage
