  • Guide learning and maximize student potential
  • Maintain timely and accurate student records as required by the district and school administrators
  • Exhibit structured classroom management
  • Use a variety of instructional methodologies and curriculum resources
  • Differentiate instruction to accommodate all students
  • Exhibit warmth, kindness and compassion
  • Use varied assessments to drive instruction

Qualifications :

  • Appropriate State of NJ Elementary Certification with TOSWD Endorsement
  • Experience working with diverse population a plus
