Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for coordinating the medical needs of the adults enrolled in TERI, Inc. Residential and Day Program Services. This includes, but is not limited to, medication reviews; provision of first aid; contacting families and providers regarding health-related needs; monitoring individuals with ongoing medical needs; and providing training to direct care staff. Provides triage to injured staff as required.
