Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a Technical Field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.Key Responsibilities :
Develop processes based on product specifications.Evaluate process and design alternatives following Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.Understand and apply principles related to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).Ensure program compliance with Quality Control requirements, including Design Control and Process Validation.Maintain awareness and understanding of intellectual property issues related to process development.Stay informed about new developments in manufacturing and design technologies.Understand and address work environment issues, including OSHA regulations.Support divisional initiatives as directed by management, in alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements, as well as company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.Foster positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate should be driven by results and capable of managing multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.
