Project Manager

Dynamic Logistix is looking for a project manager to join our team in our Corporate office. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities :

• Defines the scope, schedule, and operational needs for each project
• Schedule building and management through our PMIS, Wrike
• Identifies project risk and recommend viable solutions
• Effectively manages the assignment of resources and work allocation to meet the requirements for project success
• Continually progresses monitoring throughout the life of the project
• Uses communication skills to build bridges with various department leaders while holding them accountable to timelines
• Conducts project status meetings and regular reporting with key stakeholders to provide seamless communication
• Provides helpful feedback and support to the project team to reduce risk and delays while optimizing efficiencies
• Works cross functionally with the operations team to ensure a successful handoff for continued operations
• Determines what tasks need to be completed to maintain healthy progress of product implementation or process improvement
• Sets and meets deadlines and other goals through project life
• Develops and implements project management procedures and methodologies to achieve DLX goals
• Ensures that project deliverables meet customer and / or internal stakeholder expectations
• Additional Project Management duties as assigned
