POSITION SUMMARY :
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with an exceptional and rewarding shopping experience. The Customer Service Specialist ensures accurate processing of all transactions, to include monitoring of self-checkout orders and customer transactions, troubleshoot, resolve, de-escalate technical issues while regularly communicating with the Customer Service Manager regarding customer interactions, asset protection and equipment. The Specialist provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers.
