Job Responsibilities :
- Submit quotes to assigned leads in a timely manner.
- Send a sequence of follow up messages.
- Respond and answer questions from leads via the Energy Sage platform.
- Assign appointments to available energy consultants for leads that request a phone consultation.
- Book appointments using the sales calendar.
- Send appointment confirmation via email and request any necessary documents needed such as utility bills.
- Convert leads to accounts via Salesforce.
Qualifications :
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative problem solver.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Positive attitude and ability to build and cultivate relationships.Strong interest in the solar industry.Sales or customer service experience.Salesforce experience required.Solar Optimum offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
Earning potential for the role : $65,000-$80,000
