Financial Systems Manager

A company is looking for a Financial Systems & Reporting Manager to oversee the administration and enhancement of the OneStream platform.Key Responsibilities : Oversee OneStream administration, enhancement backlog, and user support to ensure system stability and performanceCollaborate with finance and IT teams to implement OneStream product roadmap enhancements and align capabilities with reporting needsManage training, issue resolution, and process improvements for OneStream users, ensuring data integrity and governanceQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science; Master's degree preferredMinimum of five years of experience in financial systems administration or finance transformationMinimum of two years of experience in a leadership or mentoring roleExperience with OneStream administration, including metadata and data managementStrong understanding of financial reporting, FP&A, and consolidation processes
