Duties :
- Oversee the intake process, signing up new clients, and ensuring a seamless transition into the firm's litigation system.
- Evaluate and develop new cases, analyzing legal issues unique to each matter.
- Review demands, negotiate settlements, and lead the initial stages of litigation.
- Work closely with clients to assess their needs, communicate legal strategies, and resolve cases.
- Manage client funds, ensuring proper disbursement once matters are resolved.
- Maintain case files, update clients on progress, and ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure optimal case management and client satisfaction.
- Leverage a robust commission structure, earning fees on all attorney's fees collected through case resolution.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Requirements :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing.0-3 years of experience in personal injury law, litigation, or related fields.Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.Strong commitment to client service and ethical legal practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Education :
