About the Role :
Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Associate to join their dynamic team in Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial finance transactions and advising clients on a range of lending matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent borrowers and lenders in sophisticated middle-market commercial lending transactions, with a focus on secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code.
- Advise on and manage term loans, letters of credit, acquisition financing, and related financial instruments.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize documentation for equipment leasing and finance agreements.
- Support and facilitate cross-border transactions involving secured and unsecured credit facilities.
