KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Accomplish routine and repetitive production activities related to assembly and manufacturing.
  • Perform production part washing and finishing processes to ensure optimal cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment with simple operations.
  • Utilize hand tools such as tape measure, brazing torch, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

    • Non-exempt hourly rate : $26.00 - $29.00 depending on experience
