HPC-Industrial , powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking dedicated Equipment Operators to be an essential part of our safety-conscious team in Mulberry, FL. This position is crucial for the successful execution of various jobs across all service lines, while also representing HPC-Industrial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements :

  • Perform a range of physical tasks, including operating heavy equipment for extended periods.
  • Capacity to rotate the cervical spine completely to ensure full head movement.
  • Must be able to hold and control a double trigger hydro blast shotgun and other related equipment using both hands.
  • Climb ladders and work safely from heights of up to 200 feet.
  • Function in confined spaces with a minimum diameter of five (5) feet.
  • Be physically capable of withstanding back thrust of 50lbs on a straight 66 pipe for up to one hour.
  • Ability to operate both negative pressure and air-supplied respirators.
  • Wear various protective equipment, including nomex coveralls, rubber boots, and hard hats, as necessary.
  • Work under extreme climate conditions, including high heat and humidity, as well as sub-zero temperatures.
  • Exposure to dust, fumes, and noise levels exceeding 85 dBA; hearing protection provided.
  • Valid driver's license, preferably CDL Class A or B, is required.
  • Experience operating vacuum trucks and knowledge of wet and dry vacuum equipment is a plus.
