Pay rate : $ per hour without any benefits

Parking is in the Client Tower Parking Garage and is paid for by the company

Laptop provided

Training will be completed onsite then hybrid schedule days in office days WFH per week

Job Summary :

We currently have an opportunity in our Investment Operations Department for an Analyst who will be responsible for processing account transactions and reconciliations, generating reports, and acting as liaison for internal and external contacts. This position will also support day-to-day resolution of complex problems and be involved in process improvement projects. Additional responsibilities and projects will be assigned commensurate with demonstrated competency of previous assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Supports day-to-day resolution of complex investment accounting problems and transaction processing and is responsible for the client portfolio reconciliation processes.
  • Assists with administration of portfolio accounting system.
  • Interprets and analyzes information and prepares reports for management.
  • Resolves issues quickly with a sense of urgency.
  • Leads small to medium sized projects with varied levels of complexity.
  • Identify opportunities in processes and recommend improvements.
  • Manages and builds relationships as both and internal external liaison.
  • Balances conflicting resource and priority demands.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Experience And Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree and three () years of relevant experience or combination of education, training and experience.
